Vision

The vision of Kabila Multipurpose Cooperative (KMC) Nepal is to create socio-economic and culturally sound and bona fide citizens.

Mission:

The Kabila Multipurpose Cooperative (KMC) Nepal is committed to promote the members’ self esteem, self reliance, reciprocity, economic independence and social well being through active partnerships among themselves and with other cooperative incentives.

Objectives:

Keeping in mind the social, economic and cultural interests of the members, the organization will have the following objectives to carry out the work and actions mentioned below.

  1. Encourage members to work together for fulfill their needs.
  2. Enhancing saving techniques by creating a sense of self-reliance, mutual cooperation and thrift among the members.
  3. Motivating members towards self-reliance and self-confidence.
  4. Encouraging the members for productive, income-generating, skill-oriented purposes as well as conducting related trainings.
  5. To provide members with the necessary help and information to enhance their income generating capacities.
  6. Doing agricultural work to raise the socio-economic well being of the members.
  7. Raising the standard of living of the local community along with the proper management of irrigation.
  8. Arranging the necessary trainings for the purpose of increasing the production of agricultural products, arranging, buying and selling of seeds, fertilizers and agricultural tools as well as managing the necessary resources.
  9. To orient the farmers towards scientific farming, to provide information about income-generating programs.
  10. To encourage members to produce advanced seeds and grass crops, advanced animal husbandry and vegetable production and make them self-sufficient.
  11. Protecting the biological diversity of local species, crops and livestock.
  12. Production, processing and packaging of agricultural and livestock products at the local level and distribution.
  13. To operate a cooperative shop, gift shop for the economic development of members.
  14. Accepting the membership of the central association formed with the aim of reaching the ranks of national and international organizations dedicated to the development and commitment of the socio-economic well being of the common people.
  15. In order to achieve its objectives, to have a cooperative attitude with local, regional, national and international organizations that have respect objectives.
  16. Conducting income generation projects for institutional development of members and organizations.
  17. To support the economic and social upliftment of the weaker sections of the society and individuals or groups with low income.
  18. Remit can be operated by entering into agreements with various remit companies.
  19. After the working capacity and organization is enabled, the organization will take the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and conduct banking business.
  20. To cooperate in electricity generation and renewable energy.
